Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!Location: Retreat at Woodridge Apartments13245 W 87th TerraceLenexa, KS 66215Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 5 weeksResponsibilities:-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned-Exterior structural maintenance as needed-Assist in property grounds maintenance-Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call systemRequirements:-High school diploma or equivalent-EPA Certification required-CPO Certification a plus-1+ year experience in the maintenance field required-2+ years HVAC experience-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience-Light plumbing and electrical experience-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers-Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportationBenefits and Compensation:- Competitive pay (Up to $25 hourly!)- Quarterly Bonuses!- On-Call Bonus!- Tuition reimbursement program- Power tool and Tool reimbursement program- Paid Time Off- Holiday Paid Time Off- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance- Life and Disability Insurance- Housing DiscountsA physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.Equal Opportunity EmployerPI277056524 Apply
