Project Manager

The Project Manager will actively lead and mentor teams and provide individual contribution in problem solving efforts on cross-functional projects to improve operational performance. They will use a combination of project methodologies to achieve these improvements to include but not limited to: Lean, Six Sigma, PMP and Agile. This Project Manager will provide consultation, education and coaching on initiatives as well as report status to management when and where appropriate based on the needs of the project.Project Managers will rely heavily on extensive experience and judgment to plan, manage and coordinate towards accomplishing objectives, while collaborating with departments and support systems. They will focus on the who, the what, the how and the when in regards to overall improvement to create valuable collaborative outcomes on all initiatives. They will be instrumental in connecting the dots between Strategy, Pillars, Finance, Operations and Clinical departments in an effort to enhance the patient experience. Independently plans, leads and facilitates performance improvement projects with some coaching, including current/future state sessions, stewardship analysis, software training, problem solving/brainstorming discussions, and other programs and initiatives that contribute to the development and implementation of improvement programs across the hospital system.Consults and coaches process stakeholders, accounting unit owners, paired leaders and sponsors, as well as frontline staff. Adhere to the foundational values as a whole through leadership, coaching, facilitation and continuous improvement of the organization through the project management framework of building a more robust financial outlook on the organization as a whole.Master's Degree MBA or MHA or Strategic Planning or Project Mgmt and 3+ years experience or Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience Lean Six Sigma certification Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
