What You’ll Do
Get your station set up and stocked with fresh, scratch-made ingredients
Cook and plate dishes with consistency, speed, and a touch of creativity
Keep your area clean, organized, and ready for action
Jump in to help teammates and keep service flowing smoothly
Follow food safety and sanitation practices—we take pride in doing things right
Learn, grow, and bring your energy to every shift
What We’re Looking For
1+ years line cook experience preferred
Must be able to 5 nights/week, inclusive of Friday and Saturday
A positive attitude and team-player mentality
Ability to stay cool under pressure (literally and figuratively!)
Passion for fresh food, flavor, and hospitality
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliability—our team counts on each other
