Tuesday-Saturday from 1:30 to 10 PM. Must have ability to cook meat/fish to temp, basic butchering skills, time management and work clean. Paid weekly, meal provided. This is an open kitchen with a positive, inclusive, learning environment. Ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality and wants to grow in the industry. Also may have a part time prep position available if you can make pasta.
