XO will be a new listening bar opening on the Westside of KCMO mid to late April 24. We are currently looking for a solid kitchen manager to establish our kitchen towards a solid opening. This candidate is someone who is passionate about all things food and hospitality, bonus if you have a love for music. This person also is someone with a very positive attitude, is a clear and considerate communicator, and does not lead with ego.
Responsibilities will extend to (but not limited to) working a station, ordering, scheduling, cleaning, and working chef Johnny Leach on seasonal menu changes. This is a very small kitchen and will have a tight knit team of like minded professionals.
