Job Description Cerner is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Federal Health Network team! As a Senior Data Analyst, you will consult clients on data acquisition, integration, and analysis across financial, clinical, and operational venues. We are looking for an associate who can identify opportunities that deliver client value through analytics and facilitate road mapping for analytics-based initiatives. The ideal candidate will contribute analytics expertise to cross-functional project teams that develop high-impact client solutions. As well as ideate, develop, and execute actionable reports and dashboards that reflect industry trends, competitive landscape, and client-specific factors. The Senior Data Analyst will lead the design and build of data management solutions that provide data acquisition, data quality, data transformation, master data management, and data integration from disparate sources. Responsibilities include, however, are not limited to preparing and presenting complex information to clients, including written reports and findings, project plans, and presentations. Moreover, the Senior Data Analyst will work with internal and external implementation teams to ensure relevant and correct data availability. Working Environment Hybrid or Remote This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #RemoteQualifications Basic Qualifications
- At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 2 years of data analytics and/or statistics work experience, including experience in quantitative or statistical analysis, data mining, predictive or statistical modeling, applied programming, data management, data transformation, data visualization, and/or quantitative or statistical research.
- At least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position.
- Due to the client contract, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Willing to travel up to 40% as needed.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as required and allowed by local regulations.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any security compromises within the scope of the position.
