AECOM is seeking a Project Manager - District Energy System to lead multi-disciplinary energy projects for multiple clients across the United States.  The Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery (detailed design and construction) of energy center and associated distribution infrastructure.  This position is a hybrid role and can be located in multiple cities in the United States.The successful candidate will have:Strong working knowledge of District Energy System: 4th and 5th generation systemsStrong interpersonal, organizational, creating problem-solving, collaboration and leadership skillsExperience leading a multi-disciplinary and diverse team of professionalsExperience managing large, complex projects in multiple locationsAbility to apply acquired expertise and knowledge to solve business challengesExperience successfully coaching peers and team membersA track record of leveraging relationships to expand work with existing clients, identify new clients and recruit and retain in-house staffDuties of the position include:Plans, directs, and supervises all operations included in moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact.Manages and leads all technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using consistent processes and tools.May include management of small teams across business lines, in remote locations and/or management of subcontractors.Manages projects on a local to regional basis achieving quality outcomes, financial performance and client satisfaction.Successfully develops strategy, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and executes project.Acts as primary point of contact with client. DCS—Energy
