Job Title: Production SupervisorJob DescriptionAs a Production Supervisor, you will oversee a dynamic team of 20-60 UAW employees across various departments. Your primary responsibilities will include meeting production cost schedules while maintaining quality standards, implementing corporate and divisional policies, and ensuring safety and good housekeeping standards. You'll have frequent interactions outside the work group, train and develop employees, maintain department records, and ensure effective use of resources to support SPQRC (Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost) initiatives. Expect to work either the 1st or 2nd shift as directed, and occasionally weekends when needed.Hard Skills
