The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a passion for event planning, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate logistics for events, including venues, vendors, and schedules.Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide regular updates.Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated budget.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success.Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during events to ensure smooth operations.Prepare post-event reports and ensure follow-up with clients.
