We are looking for a dedicated Cardiology Registered Nurse like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsSeeking a Registered Nurse Out Patient Cardiac Rehab Nurse for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. We want you to apply now.Schedule is 7am-6pm M-W -F No Holidays or Weekends!What you will do in this role:

You will manage efficient flow of patients during cardiac rehabilitation sessions, manage heart monitors during exercise and ensure safe exercise in the facility.

You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions

You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results

You will check rooms daily for necessary supplies

You will respond to and refer incoming telephone calls (may include phone triage when needed)

Under direct supervision of the Coordinator, the RN coordinates and provides patient care and assumes individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care.

Nursing care is provided in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state nursing practice acts, ANA Standards of Practice and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation policies and procedures under the guidelines of the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR).

What Qualifications you will need:

Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing is required

Preferably previous experience in a Cardiopulmonary Rehab Unit.

Minimum of three years registered nurse cardiac -vascular experience in an acute care or cardiology clinic setting required.

Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations
