Position: Customer Service Representative
Start Date: June 23rd
Location: On-site in Olathe (classroom and floor training provided). Hybrid opportunity is available, evaluated by performance
Available Shifts:
Tuesday – Saturday | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday – Thursday | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday – Monday | 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks):
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Classroom setting, then floor shadowing)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling service requests and work ticket orders from top-tier clients
- Making outbound calls to verify and qualify customer needs
- Coordinating with technicians and dispatching service orders
- Ensuring prompt, knowledgeable, and satisfying customer service
- Supporting additional administrative and service-related tasks as needed
