Our office is hiring for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. We are searching for someone who is looking for a long-term position. In this role, you will be the face and voice of the Company by greeting our customers over the phone and in person, so we are searching for someone who enjoys people and is friendly & outgoing.
Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience
Willingness to learn
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong interpersonal/communication skills
Be able to communicate in a calm, professional manner
Data Entry Skills
Documentation Skills
Strong problem-solving & conflict resolution skills
Good work ethic
Strong organization skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
Must be a team player
Must be able to pass background check/drug screen
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones & greeting customers
Attracting potential customers by answering service questions; suggesting information about other services
Opening customer accounts by recording account information
Properly routing customer accounts
Dispatching to drivers and other team members
Maintaining customer records by updating account information
Resolving service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Other tasks as assigned
