Pay: $17-19/hour

1. Operate various forms of production equipment
2. Set up, operations, changeover, troubleshooting of equipment
3. Assemble and perform final inspection of product
4. Perform basic quality checks on finished product
5. Meet production goals
6. Adhere to proper production processes
7. Follow all safety and machine safety guidelines
8. Set up multiple machines for daily useProduction Operator Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Previous machine operator experience is preferred
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up-to 40 lbs. repeatedly
Ability to and follow blueprint instructions
Dexterity to handle small and fragile parts
Ability to read and interpret work instructions/procedure manuals
Computer skills involving inventory, manufacturing, and spreadsheet software
Ability to use calibrating measurement instruments (i.e., calipers, micrometers, microscopes, etc)
