Mixer Machine OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Intermediate Mixer Operator - batch mixing, processing. This role involves working hands-on in a food manufacturing environment. Adherence to food safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE, such as hairnets and beard nets, is mandatory.Responsibilities
Operates machines, (may operate two machines simultaneously) keeping watch for any malfunctions.
Is responsible for maintaining quality and quantity of pouches as set by Quality Assurance and by Packaging Production Standards.
Performs weight and quality checks every 15 minutes or hour depending on the line to ensure ingredient fills are maintained within standards.
Checks ingredient and total pouch weights and adjusts
Essential Skills
Experience in machine operation, preferably in food manufacturing.
Ability to troubleshoot and set up machinery.
Proficiency in production processes and machine handling.
Strong understanding of food safety protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in food manufacturing is a significant advantage.
Capability to learn and master various aspects of machine operation.
Flexibility to be locked into a shift for six months before bidding for new shifts based on seniority.
