As the Head of Self-Service Strategy Group Benefits , you will lead a team of product managers, partner closely with both the Enterprise Digital delivery team and with leaders across the Group Benefits business to refine and execute the vision and multi-year roadmap for our self-service strategy including multiple digital assets including our portal, mobile app, and more. This includes soliciting and prioritizing ideas for enhancing the existing digital asset portfolio and prioritizing those against existing roadmaps. You and your team will be responsible for ensuring new and enhanced capabilities and experiences are sequenced and planned for development to meet business needs, partnering with delivery teams to overcome obstacles as they arise. You will be responsible for developing a clear plan and associated business case for annual investment and providing regular updates to executive leaders on progress against the plan.You will also be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration to increase consumer adoption of Guardian’s digital capabilities. In this role, you will work closely with leaders in our field sales, client management, operations, service, marketing, claims, and product teams to ensure Guardian is capitalizing on our existing digital assets to drive greater adoption.This role comes with high accountability, ownership, and leadership exposure. You will:

Salary Range$121,680.00 - $199,905.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
