Contract Manager

Overview symplr is seeking a Contract Manager to join our Legal team. The Contract Manager serves as an initial point of contact for many legal matters within the business unit and/or subbusiness units, providing day-to-day contract preparation, redlining and negotiating activities, counseling and issue identification and escalation to supervising attorneys, as appropriate. Drafts, reviews, analyzes and negotiates contracts and provides guidance on contract positions to ensure successful completion or resolution, with escalation to supervising attorney as necessary. Agreement types may include, without limitation, customer contracts, distribution contracts, business partner agreements, consulting services agreements and software services agreements. Able to work independently and assess when to seek guidance of supervising attorneys. Duties & Responsibilities
