Find your future with us.The Boeing Training Systems Hardware Design Engineering Team is currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer (Level 1) to join their team in Hazelwood, Missouri . This selected candidate will be responsible for the design, development, manufacture, and maintenance of support equipment for a variety of military rotorcraft.The selected candidate will work with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements. Analyzes and translates requirements into system, hardware and software designs and interface specifications. Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements. Monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements. Solves problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware over the entire product lifecycle. Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.Position Responsibilities:

Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements

Designs hardware, software and interface specifications

Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements

Assists in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements

Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle

Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited course of study in electrical engineering

Experience/Education with design and analysis of basic Electronic/Electrical Systems
