Summary:
The General Maintenance Worker in the Controls section performs a variety of duties involving the general maintenance, preventative maintenance, repair, installation, and general upkeep of structures and equipment using practical skills and knowledge in a variety of trades. Some HVAC experience required.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of four years related experience in a variety of trades.
Shall be required to meet the Government IT security requirement and maintain DOIM certification for system administration.
Must have CompTIA Security + Certification
Must maintain a valid drivers license.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
General preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment.
Employees are required to drive company vehicles on a Federal Installation.
All other duties as assigned by supervision.
