At Home Caregiver Responsibilities:
Provide ambulationsupport, bathroom assistance, hygienecare and redirections with encouragement and patience.
Provide care for patients with advanced dementia
Providenon-medical assistanceto seniors in theirhomes
Provide mobility assistance, such as walking and transfers
Monitor medication schedules and providereminders
Monitor fluid intake and output
Personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
Monitor patients overnight, assisting with mobility challenges and transfers
Job Requirements:
Must be within a commutable distance of the listedarea
Must be encouraging and patient in providing advanced dementia care
Must be 21years or older to apply
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
CurrentCNA, NA, PCA, or HHA certification - a plus!
Must be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
Able to pass drug screening and criminal background check
