All Apartment Maintenance Positions Available Including:
Entry- Level Apartment Maintenance Technician ($16-18/hr)
Have basic knowledge in the trades (electrical, plumbing, light carpentry, etc)
Provide own tools, a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation
Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
Maintain physical fitness suitable for job demands, including prolonged standing or walking, operation of equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Maintenance Supervisor ($25-32/hr)
Extensive experience in apartment maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members.
Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
HVAC certification AND relevant training preferred.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including rotating on-call for evenings and weekends
All applicants must have their own tools, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
