We are also a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program!We are seeking compassionate, professional Case Managers and/or Social Workers to provide case management, pregnancy counseling, and parenting education and support through our Pregnancy and Parenting Services in Cape Girardeau and surrounding counties in Missouri. They will have the opportunity to provide and maintain child welfare services, counseling and case management services to individuals, families and groups that include, birth, foster and adoptive families. This is a part time position.Duties:

Coordinate and provide care to clients and build positive working relationships to meet their goals.

Assess clients needs and obstacles to achieving them. Create service plans and develop goals with the client and how they can achieve them.

Counsel, advocate, and teach clients on the skills identified in their service plan, provide resources, and case management.

Develop, monitor, and evaluate assessments, service plans and progress for reporting necessary to meet funder guidelines.

Establish and maintain appropriate, current community networks and interactions, in cooperation with program supervisors and staff.

Continue professional growth and development such as cultural competence, social diversity, therapeutic and intervention techniques as related to job duties.

QualificationsMust be a licensed driver with access to a reliable automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.Case Manager or Social Worker Bachelors-Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Guidance Counseling, Drug and Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science.Case Manager or Social Worker Masters -Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Guidance Counseling, Drug and Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science.
