Trades I - Painter

Painters will be responsible for performing the following duties as directed by the Engineering and resort leadership.Prepares all surfaces for paint, uses drop cloths and masking tape to protect surfacesApplies primer or mildewcide prior to paint where neededApplies paint to prepared exterior or interior surfaces by use of paint gun, roller or brushApplies caulking where neededApplies concrete stain to walkways and entrancesMixes paint to achieve desired colorSets up and uses ladders and/or scaffoldingLeaves work are in safe, neat clean conditionsAbility to communicate and interpret guest needs by positively interacting towards resolutionsMust be able to work independently and with minimal to no supervision or supportTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
