Supervise the mowing crew(s)Maintains time and production recordsResponsible to oversee the entire grounds of the resort to include mowing, installation and trimming of trees and bushes, fertilization and irrigation Maintain all shrubs, trees and turf areasSuggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crewAnalyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problemsRegular attendance as scheduled is necessary
