Monitor users access to testing lab computers
Properly identify ALL students/candidates for testing
Proctor and monitors students/candidates as they are testing to detour from cheating
Provide excellent customer service to students, candidates and Hinds Team
Administer and proctor ALL assessments with integrity and adhere to compliance regulations
Provide a fair testing environment for students/candidates
Provide excellent customer service to students, candidates and colleagues
Ensure that All and Any user does not load any software on lab computers that are not approved by the Hinds IT
Participate in industry assessment and calendar planning of assessment events
Maintain clean lab and its need of resources to conduct business as an efficient testing lab
Prepare workstations for assessment functions and testing events
Complete timely monthly assessment reports
Responsible for keeping testing credentials and certifications current
Troubleshoot problems with assessment team members across all campuses
Annually evaluate and make recommendations of objectives to improve the effectiveness of testing
Maintain the security of test administration and maintain the confidentially of all test products and student/client scores
