Combined, we are now a referenced global leader in Hand Protection and Safety products.We are looking to add a Quality and Analytics Manager to our team in Olive Branch, MS!Job SummaryThe Quality and Analytics Manager is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound compliance to ensure all products meet site quality standards, coaching and developing the compliance team, and establishing metrics and vendor requirements for enhanced process consistency. Additionally, the Manager, Quality and Analytics serves as the primary contact for resolving customer issues, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of inquiries connected to our Olive Branch Distribution facility.Job ResponsibilitiesCompliance Leadership
Lead a team of inbound compliance employees to ensure that incoming materials meet site quality and compliance standards.
Coach and mentor the compliance team, setting performance expectations and identifying areas for individual development.
Improve outbound compliance by building and implementing metrics, vendor guides and requirements for the department.
Quality & Analytics Leadership
Establish and maintain a system for tracking and reporting on site level operating metrics, including quality, to senior leadership.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on site quality during large-scale enterprise projects, including systems implementations or major operational changes.
Identify opportunities and lead efforts to improve customer satisfaction with a primary focus on on-time delivery and shipping accuracy.
Serve as the primary point of contact for translating and training on best practices related to quality to other distribution centers across the North American network.
Customer Issue Resolution
Serve as the primary onsite contact for triaging, investigating, resolving and communicating on customer issues that are identified by various departments including Sales, Customer Experience and Credit & Collections.
Responsible for navigating PIP's internal ticketing system (Jira) and providing timely resolution to assigned inquiries by partnering with contacts both onsite and in remote PIP locations.

Core Skills
10+ years of experience in a large distribution or manufacturing environment with 5+ years of leadership experience in a quality role.
Bachelor's degree required
Prior experience in quality management systems (QMS), ISO or Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, highly desirable.
Proven experience in managing and improving key quality metrics such as on-time delivery, shipping accuracy, and credit memos.
Strong process and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change.
Proficient in data analysis tools, ERP systems, and quality reporting software.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Work is performed in a warehouse environment in which temperature can vary from extreme heat to extreme cold in the elements of rain and snow and noise level is usually moderate to loud.
Candidate will be required to sit, stand, and walk frequently as well as bend, lift/carry, reach, and push/pull occasionally
Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds
