Assures both machines have operating supplies such as ink, print dies, cutting dies, etc.

Assist the operator and assistant in the operation of both machines in a safe and efficient manner in order to produce a quality product.

Communicate consistently, openly, and effectively within your team and with other shifts and departments as well as supervision.

Work closely with all team members to ensure each task is completed in a safe and efficient manner.

Assist other team members in the plant to minimize downtime and maintain quality.

Work to become proficient in all areas of operating and maintaining the machine.

The Skills You Will Bring

High school diploma or state-registered GED preferred.

Ability to read factory orders, and accurately read tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment.

Be able to work in a team environment and must be available to work rotating shifts weekends, and overtime.
