As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll oversee 7 retail locations, guide a team of Shed Specialists, and spearhead initiatives that fuel market expansion, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do:
-Lead and energize a regional sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets
-Scout, launch, and support new retail locations—from hiring to training
-Develop innovative sales strategies in collaboration with marketing and product teams
-Build lasting relationships with customers and internal cross-functional teams
-Use data to guide smart, strategic decisions and improve performance across locations
Who We’re Looking For: You bring:
-5+ years of B2C sales experience
-Leadership qualities and a track record of inspiring and coaching teams to success
-Sharp communication and negotiation skills
-A passion for growth—yours, your team’s, and the company’s
-Located in North Mississippi with strong community ties
