Northeast Mississippi Habitat for Humanity
Function: To manage Northeast Mississippi's Habitat for Humanity construction program that utilizes volunteer labor to produce quality homes for low income families in a safe affordable manner.
Minimum Qualifications: Residential Contractor's license required, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hiring. Experience in house residential construction management required; experience supervising volunteers or other workers preferred.
Aptitudes: Ability to coordinate the construction of single family dwellings with volunteers and subcontractors; ability to supervise and manage volunteers/subcontractors; ability to lift 50 lbs. or more; ability to operate company vehicles, construction tools and equipment; interest in working with disadvantaged families. Must be available to work Saturdays. A pre-employment drug screen, background check, and a motor vehicle background report will be required for hiring.
Salary: Commensurate with past experience and skills; benefits available after probationary period; company vehicle provided
