Key responsibilities of a property manager:
Tenant Management: Screening potential tenants to ensure creditworthiness and suitability Processing lease applications and agreements ,Collecting rent payments on time ,Addressing tenant concerns and resolving disputes ,Enforcing lease terms and property rules
Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinating routine maintenance tasks like inspections, cleaning, and landscaping, Responding to tenant maintenance requests promptly, Managing vendor relationships for repairs and service calls, Overseeing emergency repairs and coordinating with contractors
