Responsibilities:We are lookinf for the services of one IT consultant to apply strong architectural, networking and application.Development skills to the analysis, design, development, integration, installation, implementation, and supportof their existing IT infrastructure. This consultant will resolve problems, which require an intimate knowledge ofhardware, OS, and application stack, including SharePoint 2010, 2013, .NET 3.5 – 6.0, JavaScript/CSS/HTML, aswell as a wide range of OS, DB, and application expertise such as Oracle, Linux, Windows Server, Microsoft SQLServer, and .NET technologies.

Must Have:Experience SharePoint administration and developmentExperience in .NET server, mobile, and web developmentExperience with live streaming video technologiesExperience developing application proxies and high availability cachingImplementation and management of IT projects within the government sector including specific experience,working with state governmentExperience with Linux-based servers including CentOS and Ubuntu Linux. General maintenance and troubleshooting of Linux-based servers.Experience with the installation, maintenance, upgrade, administration andtroubleshooting of any and all aspects of Windows and Linux in both a physical andvirtualized environment, including OS and application issues within the servers.Experience configuring and managing IIS web servers including in highly available,and high-load scenarios.Experience configuring and managing. NGINX web servers including in highly, available, and high load scenarios. Experience using NGINX as perimeter cache for static and dynamic content including images and live video.Experience developing HTTP 1.2 and 2 clients and servers. Understands HTTPverbs, responses, and their uses.Experience developing web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience developing RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NETExperience developing web applications, REST APIs, Services, and Consoleapplications in Microsoft .NET.Experience developing web applications and REST APIs using Microsoft .NET Core along with the deployment of those applications in Linux Containers.Experience developing .NET applications in the C# programming language. Must be able to translate between VB.NET and C#.Experience developing web applications, REST APIs, and other applications using NodeJSExperience developing web applications that show live streaming video withoutplugins.Experience developing software using Visual Studio CodeExperience in team software development using Git and TFS Source Control SystemsExperience using SNS to manage mobile device endpoints and send push notifications.Experience storing and retrieving content in Amazon S3Experience architecting microservices using serverless technologiesExperience designing and running web applications in Amazon LightSail.Experience creating and scaling virtual machines in Amazon Web Services.Experience implementing push notifications using Azure Push NotificationServicesExperience storing and retrieving blob, queue, and table data in Azure StorageExperience creating and scaling virtual machines in AzureExperience creating, scaling, and monitoring applications in Azure App Services.Experience developing solutions that monitor, serve, and plays HLS video.Experience developing solutions that monitor, serve, and play RTSP videoExperience developing solutions that monitor, serve, and play WebRTC low-latency video.Experience working with the H.264 video encoding protocol, and understand how it relates to RTSP and HLSExperience managing and developing software for Wowza Media ServicesExperience with the ONVIF specification and developing software that uses ONVIF.Experience using FFMPEG to process and analyze video.Experience using FFPROBE to analyze RTSP streamsExperience using Elasticsearch, File beat,and Kibana to aggregate and analyze logs from various services.Experience with the design,implementation, and development for container management infrastructureExperience containerizing .NET, PHP, Node, and other applications using Docker.Experience with administration of anddevelopment for Microsoft SharePointExperience writing scripts using PowerShellExperience writing scripts using BashExperience with basic network troubleshooting and analysis. Understands TCP/IP, ICMP, SNMP, and basic networking.Experience creating Microsoft SQL Databases and optimizing T-SQL queries.Experience creating applications that use SQLite to store application data andmigrating data from larger DBMS to SQLite.Experience using “NoSql” databases such as MongoDB from .NET Applications.
