Position Description:
We need a person who has strong communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, attention to detail, capability of managing projects and organizational skills. Office administration and experience is highly valued but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is willing to learn and grow with our company. Applicant must be able to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment.
Candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Office administration: answering phones, messages, sales, scheduling, emails, letters, communicating with clients, customer service, social networking .
Assist in requesting for: pricing and estimates
Responsible for all filing and upkeep of client folders and files
Review and revise client and leads list on a weekly basis
Compose monthly emails of office/ client happenings to keep customer and leads informed
QUALIFICATIONS
