Position Description and Job Skill Set The Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) / Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS) is recruiting one (1) full-time SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to assist DFA/MMRS in the implementation of the SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. The Specialist will be responsible for all integration activities between SuccessFactors (EC/ECP) and the ECC modules (HCM/Time/Travel/FI), as well as non-SAP systems (Legacy Systems/Outside Vendors).

Required Skills/Experience Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC and ECP implementations.Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC & ECP, ECC Time, ECC Travel, and ECC FI.Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC & ECP with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents
