Senior Business Marketplace ManagerGeneral InformationRef #:20220028738Travel Amount Required:Up to 25%Job Type:Regular-Full TimeLocation:USA - USA - RemoteDescription & QualificationsDescriptionUKG is looking for a Marketplace Manager to serve as a Team Player in the Global Alliances organization. The Marketplace Manager will act as a subject matter expert in UKG’s listing edition marketplace platform and will take the lead on implementing a subscription-based model allowing consumers the opportunity to purchase partner offerings. The candidate will lead the effort to build integrations between the UKG marketplace and our unified systems. The Marketplace Manager will work with and support other functional areas of the business such as sales, support, product management, legal, procurement and finance, to ensure products are launched, supported and managed in-life effectively. You will play a key role in enabling platform adoption and optimizing the channel’s marketplace and cloud applications portfolio. This role requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual that is also highly organized, proactive and a fast learner. The ideal candidate is a congenial and positive “can-do” person who builds outstanding relationships across an organization at all levels Oversight and optimization for all existing and new marketplace listing partner profiles Collaborate closely with Marketing and our partners to create partner profiles which promote the benefits of the offering, while ensures a seamless customer journey from partner profiles to the relevant parts of the marketplace. Make use of the platforms capabilities by leading the launch of an ecommerce subscription-based Marketplace. Working closely and collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance and Sales. Promote partner offerings and simplify the customer experience from ‘find’ to ‘buy’. Includes use of the carousels and application categories to make it easier for the consumer to search for and compare applications. Working with ISVs to integrate, test and launch new products on the marketplace. Includes supporting ISVs with product SKU/edition, pricing, contract information etc. Creation of any launch promotions in the marketplace for new partner offerings (eg. bundles, discounts, reports required to support product launches & sales incentives, and GTM campaigns). Implement changes to products sold via the marketplace where agreed to by Marketing, Commercial and Product Management teams. Includes price changes, contract term changes, discounts and bundles with other products, trial offerings etc. Prepare Marketplace guides, tutorials, process documents and collateral to educate our internal teams Work side by side with our 3rd party Marketplace vendor to ensure seamless deployments, upgrades and launches Ensure product Terms and Conditions - and Terms of Service and End User Licensing Agreements - are available on the marketplace, presented in an appropriate position in the customer journey.Qualifications 5+ years of demonstrated experience with third-party ecommerce platforms, AppDirect preferred. BA in business, digital marketing, ecommerce or related field. Demonstrated success in building an ecommerce brand, ideally from the ground up. Demonstrated analytical skills. Highly proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite. understanding of developing content strategy and implementing content, onsite experiences, features and functionality, and ongoing online testing Highly motivated, well organized, able to multi-task, and work under tight deadlines Highly collaborative with ability to work with multiple internal teams Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, negotiation, analytical and organizational skillsCompany OverviewHere at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
