As such, we are creating a new Corporate Program Product Management (CPPM) organization to bring together all core corporate payment products including corporate cards, central billing solutions (Business Travel Account), and virtual cards. The team will spearhead the creation of best-in-class payment experiences and capabilities meeting the evolving needs of Corporate client.Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager (CPPM), the Manager of Business Strategy, Execution and Planning will support the day-to-day management and operations of the team while also providing analytical, strategic, and thought leadership for key projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate would be a strong problem solver, who possesses the confidence and composure to successfully manage a wide range of initiatives, while working and collaborating efficiently across multiple teams within GCS.Key Responsibilities include:

Assist in building impactful and comprehensive presentations for key business reviews with senior management, business partners, team meetings and town halls

Provide planning and coordination support, including involvement in project management, analytics, and critical initiatives, as required

Support the management of business planning and operations (e.g., annual budget and investment planning, monthly budget accruals, forecast and team reviews, operating expense and operations/marketing management)

Support the creation of external and internal organizational communications throughout multiple channels including memos, announcements and Town Halls

Build strong working relationships across the team, as well as with business partner groups to ensure good collaboration, efficient problem solving and creative solutioning for delivering on results

Minimum Qualifications:

Highly motivated and action-oriented with the proven ability to react and adapt in real time to balance multiple priorities while remaining flexible and calm

Strategic and analytical problem solver with demonstrated quantitative skill

Comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Motivated self-starter who is interested in gaining exposure to a broad set of functions across the Commercial Business

Strong professional presence and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate, influence, and be a standout colleague

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with the highest levels of integrity

Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the GCS business and/or corporate environment

QualificationsSalary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
