This role involves performing engineering analysis, providing technical support, and managing design and installation projects for complex commercial and industrial meter stands while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with safety codes. Partner with various departments and customers to determine the needs for complex meter stand installations.
Perform engineering duties to establish design criteria and develop guidance for designers.
Host milestone meetings for stakeholders on each project.
Obtain materials and construction resources needed to complete projects.
Maintain, collect, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Manage drawing documents and ensure drawing record completeness.
Execute the 5-year plan and other initiatives to improve system health.
Assist in the development of SWI (Standard Work Instructions) specific to the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) discipline.

CAD experience with Microstation and AutoCAD.
SAP experience.
Working knowledge of the Michigan Gas Safety Code.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree in a scientific/technical field with 5+ years of experience.
