Easy Reach Supply is seeking an eager, energetic, and enthusiastic in-house Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a pleasant telephone persona and voice and a positive attitude.

The Customer Service Representative will transform each customer interaction into a rich, meaningful brand experience that builds long-term customer loyalty and value. The candidate must be a self-starter with an excellent personality and the ability to answer busy multi-line incoming calls from customers, take and process orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information.
Principal Responsibilities:
Be responsible for handling all customer service requests, including but not limited to order processing
Initiate sales calls to existing and new customers; ability to up-sell
Communicate via email and inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers in a professional manner
Capability of answering questions in an understandable and intelligent manner; a knack for handling all customerinteractions in a proactive caring way and resolving them to the customers' satisfaction
Accurately document and update records in required systems
Understand all programs, ERP and CRM systems, and procedures necessary to perform job effectively
Maintain diplomacy and tact when dealing with upset or escalated calls
Provide customers with product and service information
Make recommendations to implement improved processes
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Invoice and process credit card payments
Qualifications
2-4 years customer service experience preferably in a manufacturing environment with a documented track record ofsuccess
Pleasant speaking voice; not afraid of the phone
High School degree; some college preferable
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Above average computer proficiency including Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Customer Relations Management,and Internet savvy
Self-motivated with time management skills
Punctual, dependable, friendly, and reliable
Ability to work in a team fostered environment
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
Ability to prioritize and organize work
Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
E-Verify will be used to validate all employees
