Open Management is looking for a rockstar maintenance member who can also do office/property management tasks. This will include maintenance on manufactured homes, groundskeeping, plus collecting rents, tenant interaction, and various office tasks.
We know this is a special position so we are willing to train the right candidate that may only have some experience in these responsibilities.
We need someone with a can do attitude and someone who can take anything on with positivity, and be a great representation for the community.
