We are seeking qualified candidates for immediate placement in our Retail appliance store as an Appliance Sales Professional. We are looking for entry level and experienced candidates.
Qualifications for Sales Associate (Entry Level I): Come with a great attitude and ready to work mentality - we will train you on everything else you need to know to advance in our company! Advance quickly to Level II and start earning commissions on your sales! (Base pay - $12-$14)
Only positive and can-do attitudes
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interest in helping customers and dedication to learn our product and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Bring these qualifications and we will train the right candidates on everything else you need to know!
Qualifications for Home Appliance Sales Associate (Level II and III) (Earn commissions on your sales - Base $14-$15/hour +plus average 1%-3% on generated sales or average $750 - $2,500+ each month)
Only positive and can-do attitudes
Minimum 4 years experience in sales, preferably in home appliances or a related field
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
Extensive knowledge of major home appliances, including specifications, brands, and new technologies
Proven ability to lead by example and foster team growth
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales data analysis

Commission earnings is based on earned/generated sales by associate and is not guaranteed.
