Our commercial shopping/strip center is undergoing some renovation and we are looking for someone with basic property management experience to help with handling related tasks/work. This would include following property managers direction, making calls to vendors or prospects, showing vacant spaces to a prospect, managing vendors with their ongoing work to ensure timely completion etc.,
We do not have an office so this is a remote work position unless you are required to be onsite at the property. This can be 1099 position, paid bi-weekly. Only looking at 20 hours/week to start with. Pay rate is $20-$25/hr based on experience.
