Position open for Maintenance/Repair person for local restaurant and commercial real estate properties.
Five (5) day work week, paid vacation, paid weekly. Applicant must be very dependable with reliable transportation (truck preferred) and able to pass drug & background check.
AND skilled in the following:
- Grounds Maintenance
- General Building & Equipment Repair
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Painting
- HVAC (a plus but not required)
- Boat repair (a plus but not required)
Part time, could be 40 hours.
