Part-time care for my 80 year old dad

Myself and my 80 year old dad just moved here back here and I have a couple businesses he gets around himself he bathes himself. I just need someone to be here at night for him and not every night and go down to the beach with him throw a fishing pole out keep him company cook him a dinner in exchange for that you will get free room and board in a house that I normally get $950 a month for the room it's a four bedroom two bath house with a game room fire pit horseshoes big deck great place to live three blocks from the beach
