This position will analyze customer requirements, define specifications for products and services, and develop qualitycontrol processes to review and ensure compliance with quality standards.Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross functional organizations including: product engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations, service engineering and commercial/marketing teams to develop, implement and govern a quality strategy to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals

Develop and monitor a comprehensive list of reactive and proactive metrics that monitor customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Develop, sponsor and resource continuous improvement projects targeting product and process quality improvements

Champion a culture of quality where people hear, feel and see quality around them

Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize quality assurance and audit processes to ensure

products and processes are compliant with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Recruit, develop, and lead staff to accomplish personal and organizational goals, adhere to

policies/procedures and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
