Description We are seeking a Project Assistant to join our team in St. Paul, Minnesota. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of event check-ins for high-end food and drink festivals. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity and requires strong customer service skills.Responsibilities: Utilize technical tools and applications to manage event check-ins, including ticket scanning and guest registration. Ensure efficient processing of attendees within the box office area. Provide warm greetings to guests and offer assistance as needed throughout the check-in process. Collaborate with on-site staff to uphold quality standards and streamline operations. Maintain a professional demeanor and positively represent the company at all times. Adhere to dress code standards, including wearing a white polo or button-down shirt with khaki pants. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to event locations. Requirements Demonstrated experience in a Project Assistant role or similar position. Proficient in using project management tools and software. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge as required by the role. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work output. Ability to adapt to changing work environments and project scopes.
