Overview: Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a RN to join the Assisted Living Team at Highland Path in St. Paul, MN. Ideally seeking some AL nursing experience. This role is:

  • Full Time
  • Benefit Eligible
  • 8 or 9 shifts per pay period - your choice! (64 or 72 hours)
  • Weekday, Day Shift
  • No weekends, no holidays

This role will: perform pre-admission assessments, complete admissions process, update and review care plans, conduct care conferences with resident and families, provide medication management, coordinate care with other health agencies, work with resident assistants to ensure completion and documentation of care.

Highland Path combines beautifully designed assisted living and memory care apartments with independent living attached by an indoor walkway.

This community offers the following care options: Assisted Living, Assisted Living with Memory Care. Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices. Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
