Description We are offering a role in the manufacturing industry located in St. Cloud, Minnesota, 56303, United States. This role is a short-term contract employment opportunity as a Customer Service Representative where you will be the backbone of our customer relations. Your role will involve handling phone inquiries, processing orders, account setup, and customer support.Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries Receive and process orders through various channels, including phone, fax, and our website Review product availability and manage orders in our company ERP system Set up and manage customer accounts in our ERP system Conduct research to follow up on customer inquiries and update customer records as needed Assist in documenting and addressing customer complaints Guide customers in navigating our website Carry out various administrative duties such as filing and scanning Perform other duties within the Customer Service department or as assignedSkills: Proficiency in Customer Service Experience with Switchboards - Phones 1 - 10 Lines Familiarity with Data Entry Proficiency in MS Office Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role within the manufacturing industry, preferably with a minimum of two years. Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proficiency in operating switchboards with 1-10 lines. Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Commitment to continuous learning and growth in the customer service field. Strong team player with the ability to also work independently when needed. High school diploma or equivalent education level.
