VISUAL INSPECTOR UP TO $18/HR START ASAPJob DescriptionThis company plates end products/materials for companies. Plating is where you coat a product with a specified alloy/material to help protect the metal from wear and tear.Responsibilities
Examine products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Visually examine products at various stages of production, including before packaging, during processing, and after completion.
Look for defects such as stains, blisters, missing plate, etc., as per the standard list of defects from QC to ensure consistency.
Document the results of inspections, including pass/fail grades and the number of products inspected.
Use a variety of tools and equipment to perform inspections.
Rack parts that will be needed in the plating process.
Essential Skills
Good visual acuity
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Good color perception and manual dexterity
Ability to work in an orderly, logical manner with close attention to detail
Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication
