Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry as a Recruiter. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers and HR Generalists to identify and attract promising candidates, developing and maintaining relationships with potential hires, and managing a high volume of requisitions.Responsibilities: Work with hiring managers and HR Generalists to move promising candidates through the hiring process Develop and maintain relationships with candidates over an extended period of time to ensure a skilled and diverse candidate pool Build pipelines for future openings by maintaining relationships with potential candidates Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Generalists through each step of the hiring process Develop and post job bulletins using internal and external job boards, detail oriented associations, and social media, while analyzing the effectiveness of each Screen applications and select experience in candidates to advance in the hiring process Schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and HR Generalists and assist with the interview process Facilitate reference checks, background checks, pre-employment physicals, and other employment tests Provide candidates with status updates and information to ensure a positive candidate experience Utilize Full Cycle Recruiting and UKG Pro skills to effectively manage recruitment processes Requirements Proven expertise in Full Cycle Recruiting. Familiarity with UKG Pro, and the ability to utilize it effectively for recruitment processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders. Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. A solid understanding of the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry and its hiring needs. Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
