Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Compliance Specialist in St Augusta, Minnesota. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring our property programs are in compliance by managing annual recertifications and move-ins. The role demands a high level of customer service, the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment, and proficiency in spreadsheet software.Responsibilities: Handle all annual recertifications and move-ins for the property Gather third-party verifications to ensure program compliance Calculate income and assets as part of the compliance process Deliver high-quality customer service while resolving inquiries Keep track of customer accounts and take necessary actions Balance multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment Uphold detailed and accurate records Utilize spreadsheet software skills for various tasks Apply basic bookkeeping knowledge when required Ensure attention to detail in all tasks and procedures. Requirements The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Compliance Specialist. Proficiency in Mathematical Calculations is a necessary skill for this role. Exceptional Customer Service skills are required to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of Basic Bookkeeping is an essential requirement for maintaining accurate financial records. Proficiency in using spreadsheet software for data management and reporting is required.
