Director of Product Management & Marketing

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Director of Product Management & Marketing to lead all aspects of the marketing function including product marketing, marketing communications and product development from ideation to commercialization focused on driving organic growth and profitability. This will be achieved in part through the development and implementation of growth plans comprised of goals, strategies, and tactics for the global market. In addition, this role is responsible for developing a growth-oriented culture that invests in organizational development and, as part of the ITW operating philosophy, will champion the application of the ITW frameworks, values, and continuous improvement principles.
