Star Transportation’s Stewartville Branch is seeking professional drivers with a Class A or B CDL with Passenger Endorsement who prioritize safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service. If you take pride in your driving skills and enjoy providing a high-quality experience for passengers, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
CDL-A or CDL-B with Passenger Endorsement – Required - Not looking to train at this time
Safe Driving History – Clean record with no major violations per USDOT regulations
Two or More Years of Commercial Driving Experience – Passenger transport preferred
Strong Customer Service Skills – Friendly, professional, and focused on passenger comfort
Commitment to Safety – Ensuring a smooth, secure ride for all passengers
Reliable and Professional – Punctual, well-groomed, and ready to represent Star Transportation
Ability to Pass a DOT Drug Screening and Background Check – Including cannabis testing as required by Minnesota law
Job Openings:
PM Full Time Route - 2:15pm - 9:15 pm - Transport passengers to and from Downtown and St. Mary's Campus
PM Part Time Route - 11:00 am - 7:00 pm - Transport passengers to and from Downtown and St. Mary's Campus (Possible Tips)
Trolley Tours - Part Time - Variable - Transport passenger around for a guided tour.
Charter Trips - Part Time - Variable - We have multiple clients that need bus transportation as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
Provide a welcoming and professional experience for passengers
Assist passengers as needed, including boarding and luggage handling
Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle at all times
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
Handle unexpected situations with patience and professionalism
